Wonderful experience. The place smells great when you first walk in. I was helped immediately in a place I assume is normally busy with cleaning and repairs. The staff is very friendly, non judgmental, and will be the reason I’d shop here again. My receipt says I was helped by a woman named Jenalyn and I hope all you readers have the pleasure of making her acquaintance and letting her help you in the fulfilling of your jewelry needs. 10/10

Carrols Jewelers have been around since I was a child. There’s a reason why. They have excellent service, knowledgeable and hospitable. I highly recommend visiting their beautiful store. Diamonds are forever.

Came in to get a ring re sized but they helpfully informed us to wait until summer. Knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough

When you walk through their door, you know you will receive friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service. Unheard-of service. I brought in my watch (purchased elsewhere), and new wristband, and a new battery. They made the fixes in 10 minutes, and told me very pleasantly there would be no charge for the service!! They truly deserve your patronage ....

Carroll’s is synonymous with customer service. You won’t find a better jewelry buying or service experience in the tri-state area. I stopped in to have a watch strap swapped out, on watch they didn’t sell, and they wouldn’t let me pay. The service was free and done with a smile. It’s rare these days to find this kind of experience. The Carroll’s Crew is always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with, and a lick from Ollie the pup, is always a plus!

About 2 to 3 weeks ago, I brought in some very old diamond rings, that had belonged to my mother. I was going to have the diamonds removed from their setting and made into diamond earrings for my adult daughter. Jenalyn worked with me for about an hour. The rings had been in a safety deposit box for probably 30 to 40 years and Jenalyn strongly discouraged me from my idea. First she had the rings professionally cleaned and they looked fantastic. She then mounted them as if they were being professionally displayed in the jewelry store. We took pictures for my daughter, as she lives on the west coast. My daughter absolutely loves the rings. She will then have the choice of rings or earrings. Thank you Jenalyn for your support, ideas and intuition regarding these rings and my daughter.

Hands down, the very best Jewelry Store! Joel Robinson and staff are always so pleasant and knowledgeable. They always great you with a smile. Quality of jewelry is very important to me. \r\nHence, I will never go anywhere else!! Their pieces are simply exquisite. Thank you.
